Moraira.info is an information and directory portal for Moraira and the surrounding area. By accessing the website, you agree to these terms of use.

Informational nature of the service

The website is provided for general information purposes. Moraira.info does not currently sell its own travel services, restaurant services, goods or other bookings directly to consumers through the website. Contracts for third-party services are concluded exclusively between you and the relevant third-party provider.

Use of the website

You may use the website only lawfully and in a way that does not impair operation, security or availability. In particular, abusive automated access, circumvention of technical protections, unlawful prompts submitted to the assistant and any use that infringes third-party rights are prohibited.

Listings, recommendations and editorial content

Directory and restaurant information may come from partners, publicly available sources or editorial processing. Despite careful preparation, Morairainfo S.L. does not guarantee the completeness, currentness or availability of individual offers. Highlighted placements may result from a booked Maximum Visibility package.

Cleo

Cleo is intended for general guidance only. Responses may be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated and do not constitute legal, tax, financial, medical or other professional advice. Important decisions should always be verified against reliable original sources or by obtaining professional advice.

Intellectual property

All rights in the website and its own content are reserved. Reproduction, systematic extraction, public communication or commercial reuse is permitted only where allowed by law or with prior permission.

Changes and availability

Morairainfo S.L. may adapt, expand or remove content, functions, structures and these terms of use at any time where there is an objective reason to do so. No entitlement exists to the permanent availability of individual functions.

Applicable law

The law of the Kingdom of Spain applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may take precedence in individual cases. Where legally permissible, Alicante shall be the place of jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer forums remain unaffected.

Maximum Visibility contract terms (business customers only)

This offer is exclusively for businesses and persons acting in the course of their commercial or professional activity; consumers cannot book it. Each business location requires a separate booking and contract.

The price is €79 gross per billed month. The selectable term is 1 to 12 months: terms of 1 to 5 months are billed in full; for 6 to 11 months, one visibility month is free; for 12 months, two visibility months are free, so the total gross price is €790.

The total price is paid once in advance. There is no automatic renewal. The fixed term starts immediately after payment is confirmed and ends automatically when the booked term expires. Ordinary cancellation during the fixed term is excluded. The purchase can be abandoned at any time before payment. The contract version recorded with the purchase applies throughout that fixed term.

Services already provided are non-refundable. If Morairainfo S.L. is definitively unable to provide all or part of the booked service, it will refund the full price or the proportion relating to the part not provided. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

• On every active service day, the business receives at least one rotating preferred placement on Moraira.info. No fixed position or rank is guaranteed.
• There is at least one organic Facebook placement through Moraira.info’s own Facebook channels in each 7-day contract week from the service start, including the final partial contract week. No separate paid Meta media budget is included. Reach, views, clicks, a specific position and commercial results are not guaranteed.
• For every term from 1 to 12 months, Cleo’s knowledge base is expanded with the business or restaurant no later than 30 calendar days after documented completion of the underlying recording. The deadline does not start without a completed recording.
• From a 6-month term, the new Cleo video is produced and distributed by Moraira.info in German, English, Spanish, French and Dutch no later than 14 calendar days after documented completion of the underlying recording. The deadline does not start without a completed recording.
• For a 12-month term, a firm drone-filming appointment proposal is issued no later than 14 calendar days after the payment-confirmed service start. The flight itself may take place later due to weather, airspace, safety and permit requirements.
