What data may be processed

• replying to enquiries and handling business communication on the basis of pre-contractual steps or our legitimate interests;
• providing Cleo when you actively request it and handling the content submitted for that purpose;
• complying with legal retention and evidence obligations.

Where optional storage takes place on your device, for example local assistant history, this is limited to browser functionality used by you and can be removed by you at any time.

Recipients

Personal data is shared only where necessary for technical operation, communication or legal compliance. This may include hosting providers, email providers and technical processors acting on our instructions. Personal data is not sold.

Transfers outside the EEA
